US town project sells houses for $1 each

The city of Gary in US state of Indiana is reviving a house-buying scheme to bring the city back to life.It was hit hard by the collapse of the region's manufacturing industry.That has forced thousands to move elsewhere in search of jobs and homes.Al Jazeera's John Hendren reports from Gary.
